Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-24 · v0.1 draft
What you get
A licensed, non-exclusive right to use Summon to submit tasks. The agent acts within the explicit scope of each task you authorize (the "Summon Mandate"). You remain responsible for the consequences of tasks you submit.
What you owe us
Payment on completion for any task that succeeds, at the rate shown before you commit. Promotional credits apply first; we charge your stored payment method only for the residual. Failed tasks are never charged.
Out-of-scope tasks
We refuse tasks against major airlines, big-four banks, and government portals in V1. We also refuse anything that would obviously violate a third party's terms or be illegal where you live. We may add categories to this list over time without advance notice.
Your obligations
- Submit only tasks you have the right to perform yourself.
- Don't use Summon to commit fraud, abuse, or impersonation.
- Don't try to extract our prompts, models, or internals.
- Keep your account credentials secret. You're responsible for tasks submitted from your account.
Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee it. Tasks may be queued or refused during incidents. If a task fails because of our availability, we won't charge you.
Liability
Our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the prior 90 days and (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of clear abuse.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence). Disputes that can't be resolved by support go to arbitration in Sydney.
